Most of the white employees are racist! They have a maintenance man who hardly ever works. The glass on the doors was filthy. I was there for 3 weeks, and it still has not been cleaned the bottom of the ice machine needs cleaning; one wipes around it. He doesn't keep the grounds clean. He hides all day and then clocks out. General manager, I hope you are reading this complaint! Keep your money, guys, and find a better hotel!

After you check out they charge your credit card for supposedly stealing towels or breaking things they do not tell you of these charges! After a week be sure to check your bank statements! Hope you all don't get robbed like I did! It's been over a month talk to multiple people and supervisors they tell me call back or come in and I have multiple times

This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed. the location was recommended and when I arrived it was isolated. only 1 car. I arrived around midnight after a flight in. the guy at the front desk was less then amused to help me check in and didn't want to be bothered. When I got to the room it was filthy. dirty shower , soap still in shower and hair as well. Dirty towel hanging in make shift closet. I told the front desk and nothing, The bed was clean.. think. I told the staff in the morning and was told sorry and that the room would be cleaned. when I returned nothing had changed . I told them I wanted to check out and was told I would be charged for the room tonight regardless. I got a new room for the night and garbage on floor by night stand . people please don't come here it's disgusting . the lady in the evening shift was really nice.

This place is a complete joke.. indoor pool lol couldn't use.. the pictures show barstools which is in a closed none 🎽 ng bar room where you are served your joke of a breakfast.. paid 113 for a room to be limited to 1 tiny carton of 2% milk..lol. key cards for doors wouldn't work and the place looks very run down.. only upside was our sons team won their football game.. next time in town.. we will stay somewhere else for sure.

Booked this for the nice pictures and good ratings, but was disappointed. Somewhere in my search I had seen this was a three-star hotel. Very old, staff struggling to maintain, broken lampshades in room and unidentifiable splatters on walls. Breakfast did not include a substantial protein, was only waffles, breads, cereal, milk. No fruit. Was really wanting to support a non-corporate op, but regretted it.
