Our first impression was Rick at the front desk. So funny, personable and professional. Our room was immaculate in cleanliness and comfortability. The pool was beautiful. The view was stunning. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The hotel and surrounding areas are in a safe place. I suggest this to anyone who is having any kind of event from a friend's night out to a family outing. I liked it so much that we are headed back for my birthday later this year, I've already made reservations.

I had to stay due to some repairs being done on my house. I really appreciated being able to take my dog. The pool, gym, and complimentary breakfast were amazing. Our room was like a mini-apartment, which was very nice. Everyone was also very helpful throughout our stay.

Clean rooms, nice city view, next door to the arena, great location in town with many restaurants and things to do nearby. very walkable area and parking next door. I wish parking was free, but it was $30 for overnight. Love having an efficiency room for stay in meals.

Big fan of this hotel, and I can say I'll be staying here every time I'm in Grand Rapids. Always a comfortable, spacious room with a great view, great breakfast and very convenient location, with a friendly, helpful staff. I look forward to my future stays.
