Buyer beware! We booked, paid in full, and signed a rental agreement only to arrive and discover the key code did not work. I made this reservation through Booking.com and it was then passed to a service called Vacasa. It took 2 hours for them to confirm that our reservation was cancelled without explanation. We were forced to book another hotel at 11:00 at night after spending what was supposed to be a fun start to a birthday celebration trying to contact someone who would help. A refund is supposedly pending, but the disregard for our time and concerns was astounding. I have never written a public review- I just believe this should be known to anyone who is planning and looking forward to a special occasion at this property. Don’t risk it!!
