The location is convenient and the price was very reasonable. I found the place to be very clean (room and lobby). The staff who checked me in couldnât be more friendly and the free full breakfast is nice. It has several EV chargers, as far as I can tell itâs the only hotel in the area that has them which is essential for EV drivers like me. Having said that, the place is outdated and tired. The furniture, drapes and bathroom/shower seem like they are from the 90s. I had to shower in about 2 inches of water due to the slow drain. Plus the bottom bath facet was broken and water shot out of it when I showered. At least the water ran nice and hot! The room temp was at 73 so I turned on the AC and it was so loud that I had to turn it off. Luckily itâs not too warm so I donât really need it. Overall, the place is fine for one night especially if you are on a budget but overall it just needs a facelift.

We had a reasonable stay here. The room was clean. The front desk appeared short staffed and maybe the cleaning staff, as multiple people were waiting and rooms were not ready at check in time. They apologized and everything else was fine afterwards.

Stayed here to find what was once an incredible property, now a run down mess. Shower dripped the entire stay, spitballs on ceiling above bed, hair in draws, bath ceiling in poor condition. And to find there is a parking fee NOT mentioned on Hilton website. Just to name a few issuesâŠ.

The worst Hampton Inn / Hilton branded property I have ever encountered. Hilton should be ashamed and pull their franchise and name from this property. Dirty room and common areas. Room in dis-repair. Bath tub fixture leaks all night. Water damage on the ceiling, No lampshades on the lamps. Garbage left by elevators, filthy carpets. Just loved looking at the light bulbs where lamp shades should have been. Return after a long day out to a un-made up room. Really? My daughter says maybe they make-up the rooms every other day? Do I get to pay less every other day? The parking fee for a highway inn is not acceptable and feels like a con. On checkin the desk clerk did not even mention the parking needed to be paid. I asked later that evening if parking needs to be paid and he replied yes, else you get a warning and have to pay double. Cold coffee except during breakfast, Just go somewhere else becuase this is not what you would expect from a Hampton Inn.

This hotel instituted a parking fee of $5 + $1.50 "service fee" (because you have to pay by QR code on your phone) recently, and even though I booked this hotel when the parking was listed as free, they would not cover the cost. The front desk person said "you can not pay, but they have a night auditor going around and if you get towed, the hotel isn't liable". They use an outside service called PMC so the hotel can act as if it isn't their choice. This company is employed by the hotel so it's totally their choice to have done this. It's outrageous, because this hotel is in the suburbs where you cannot get to this hotel without a car. In addition, this hotel is run down. creaky elevator, dirty carpets in the hallways and dirty floors. Most importantly, the safety bolt was broken on my door, but I didn't realize until I was about to go to bed, so I pushed the ottoman and desk chair in front of the door. I felt very unsafe. Hilton should be ashamed this is in their portfolio.
