Edgewater Beach Resort a VRI resort

We had a view of the ocean from the living-kitchen room and also a gas fireplace. We walked the beach, cooked, and enjoyed local attractions. The suite was clean and recently renovated. It was a great escape in the middle of the winter.

The Edgewater is wonderful! Been there several times! Mgmt has done a great job renovating and updating the rooms! Pools and grounds and jacuzzi are impeccably clean! Beach is great for walking or sitting. Beautiful scenery, great restaurants nearby you will love it!😍

My wife and I always wanted to visit Cape Cod and this resort looked like the best choice of the Interval options we looked at. We liked being beachfront and Dennis Port is a great location in the Cape. Lots of restaurant choices, shopping and touring. Our 1br-1bath unit was smaller than other units we are used to having in Florida, but I would recommend others to stay here.

Nice clean room! I went right before the season started so it was very quite and relaxing. And has its own private beach! My room also hade a full size fridge, microwave convection oven combo (I didn't even know this was a thing), kitchen sick, a 2 burner stove top, and cookware and utensils. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a timeshare so be aware if you’re a non-owner, you’ll be asked to listen to their presentations multiple times. That being said, we had room 103 which is to the left of the front office and not close to the beach or pools. Rooms seem like they’ve been fairly recently renovated. The bed is right inside the doorway, and the living room/fireplace/kitchenette is nearest the back patio door. Gas fireplace heated the room nicely! The bathroom had a double sink and two doors for access from the living room area as well as the bedroom. The living room had a pull-out couch. It was a bit of a walk to the beach area but we got some nice pictures. There is a heated indoor pool with coded outdoor entry.
