Disgusting roach motel it is infested with homeless people, drug addicts bugs, spiders and mice they have traps all of their hotel, and they spray every day to try to kill the infestation the rooms smell like mothballs they are disgusting. They do not clean the hotel the breakfast and the food there is horrible. The staff and managers there are very rude and disrespectful. Do not book at this hotel avoid by all costs unless you want to stay in a homeless shelter. When we returned home from our vacation, I had to throw my suitcase away because it smelled like mothballs. This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at it is not safe.

Iād like to make special mention of a star at the hotel, Nilofar. Nilofar, who works at the front desk, went above and beyond to help me. I was eager to cheer a family member up who had just been admitted to hospital. This was an unplanned visit in an unfamiliar area for me. She so kindly agreed to print some pictures for me to cheer my family member up. This was something I really wanted to do and she made it possible for me, while being cheerful and kind. The team at the hotel are very nice, the hotel clean, safe and functional. Thank you again!

Pros: very decent hotel, mostly clean and in good shape, renovated 3-4 years ago. Decently sized parking lot, parking included. Heating/cooling works well. Good wifi. Love contactless check-in and having the room key in my hilton iphone app. Cons: no free food or drink offered, even the two bottles of water in room are only free for diamond members. Very skimpy on toilet paper, toiletries, tissues. In fact, the maid stuck 2 bunched up tissues into the empty tissue box (see pic). The front desk people are a bit grumpy, and act like the guest saying hi is an imposition.

The hotel is pretty clean in the main areas, they do not do the 24 hour coffee that I'm used to with Hilton or the cookies. Hotel is located very conveniently by the highway but also tucked off so it's still a quiet location. Restaurant/bar on site (open certain hours) laundry on site as well and a small snack shop. Biggest Pros: Location. Short uber to both Salem and Boston, tons of food options, quiet hotel. The best part by far was the front desk staff, particularly Benjamin and Lexi. Both were super nice and helpful with any questions we had or anything we needed help with. Benjamin has good food recommendations and is knowledgeable about transit to commute into town on which options are better for going where. Biggest Con: interior of the hotel suggests it's time for renovation but i know those take a lot of time so I try not to judge on that unless it's something that causes an inconvenience which didn't happen here. Decor in hallways and rooms was just very outdated, no big deal. Had 2 elevators that we seen, 1 was down. We preselected our room specifically to be beside the elevator and ended up having to walk the entire length of the hotel to reach the only working one. If you are on the 4th floor near 420, the noise from the maintenance shop is loud and 24/7. Once you turn the TV on you don't notice it but just a heads up in case you sleep with it off. Our room was not super clean. Coffee on the floor and wall between the beds, no mattress protectors, something on the side of the mattress, shower curtain was dirty and no hand soap. Maybe the staff was just having an off day when it came to rooms, I've only been the one time this week so I don't know enough to say it's a pattern and like i said, people have bad days.

What a Nightmare. We are Hilton Diamond members and booked quite a while ago. We arrived before midnight to an empty desk. Waited five minutesā¦.no one anywhere. Walked the hotel looking for staff. When found 10+ min later, we were told no rooms
