No clean pillow cases available and took a few days to get clean sheets for my room after I've told them several times and to clean my bathroom, then they couldn't speak any English to understand me what I needed to be done in the room for my stay!

Very very disappointed with this property. Even though it is low cast I recommend spending more and staying elsewhere. Poor overall property condition, poor cleanliness, roaches seen in the room. Phone and TV remote not working. There isn't even signage identifying the office.

My experience truly echoes that of other recent reviews. I frequent budget inns and appreciate that the night staff seemed sympathetic, but this was easily the worst motel experience of my life. Imagine the desk agent saying you have 30 minutes to decide that you don't like the room and check out with a full refund! I'd booked through Priceline and felt I could handle a summer roach or two but returned immediately asking I could switch rooms. At that hour it either wasn't possible or allowed and likely wouldn't have made a difference. I must have killed or scooped up the bodies of one to two dozen roaches and flies over two nights. It can't help that the AC units are mounted at pavement level for what doesn't crawl under the doors There were also musty odors that seemed to waft in from another unit. I met other guests were equally shocked, some leaving after midnight to sleep elsewhere. One said she couldn't believe Wyndham put their name on this place, and I'd agree.

Days Inn by Wyndham Salisbury 2525 N Salisbury Blvd I booked this hotel through Expedia. Itinerary # 72898002950882. I can't find the words to explain how bad this place is. Hole in the wall does not capture it. The smell of cigarette smoke permeated everything in this room. The bedding was disgusting with stains and burn holes. The furniture you wouldn't even find in a secondhand thrift store. The toilet seat was broken, and the linen was ragged and torn. The whole establishment itself was just ... I can't put into words how bad this was. I felt assaulted. The personnel behind what appeared to be bullet proof glass in the main office admitted that it was a scam, not worth the money you pay. But all they could say was, 'I only work here. I'll let the manager know. We'll try to refund your money but you booked through Expedia so you have to go through them.' I don't expect to get my money back. We didn't stay. It was impossible. No reasonable person could stay in such a place. I just want to warn other people what Wyndham is selling as a reasonable, above-board business transaction is actually the worst possible scam on unsuspecting honest clientele.

Do not book. I booked a 2 night stay with my family in August. The room was advertised as non-smoking. We entered the room and were greeted with cockroaches all over the bathroom and some blood stained sheets. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. I was told that "all people smoke in the rooms so they had no non-smoking rooms". I was offered a refund as we could not stay in the room. Once I contacted the 3rd party app (Hotels.com) to verify the refund, they stated that they had to confirm with the hotel. When they called the hotel, the attendant stated that "we used amenities at the hotel" so they charged us $27. I asked what amenities were being used other than the parking lot. Do not book this place.
