Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Ocean City

Clean rooms, convenient location, pleasant staff. All smiles and hellos from the staff. The bed was soft and the room spacious. We were there on a crowded fall weekend with a festival in town, but felt we had all the privacy we needed. This is a very comfortable place to hang your hat when in OCMD.

We had a great stay at the Fairfield for our long weekend. The location was perfect, near a few bars and restaurants and right on the main road for easy access to the buses and the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Felicia for her help and hospitality, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway!

There is a charge every day for parking) which I did not know) ; our mattress had pee stain; lack of food for breakfast a few mornings; had to call down to get room Cleaned when it was scheduled to be cleaned!! Not a good experience this time. Front desk was not real friendly; elevator was dirty and smelled everyday!!

Experience surpassed expectations, mainly due to the service at the front desk. We got in much later than anticipated after a long day of travel and had concerns around a late night check-in experience exacerbating and already exhausting journey. Fortunately we were greeted by Lorraine at the front desk when we arrived. Despite working overnight, Lorraine greeted us with warmth and a ton of great information to help us maximize our stay - this was true of all of our interactions with her. We would also highlight Amy who gave us great pointers around where to stay on the beach and other logistical considerations — it was clear she was excited to help. The rooms were modern enough and clean. Location is very convenient: being situated at the northern end of the boardwalk seemed ideal for maximizing access to attractions, while avoiding the heart of activity on the beach.

I wanted to give a shout out to Dan who was warm and efficient while checking us in. Later, we were having trouble with the sound on our TV and other difficulties with streaming. He was right up to our room and got it sorted and provided a new remote for us. I think he is only there for summer. Want to say—thanks and good luck to you, Dan!
