Stayed at the Aloft Arundel Mills for work and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and courteous, the property was well maintained and the room had everything I needed. Best part was the location, close to the highway, shopping, and a number of restaurants/market/gas stations.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. Making the reservation over the phone I was told several times there was no shuttle to the airport. However, I found out different once I checked in. The driver Carol was so nice she told me sll the places the shuttle would take me and the service came with the hotel. Great trip.

I love the hotel and service but coming from Denver, this is my third time in the last 6 months staying and i look forward to seeing Michelle the most. Amazing service and person. She is the best part of that hotel!! <33 Thanks for always getting me to the airport safely!!!

Michelle was my shuttle driver for today and she was amazing she was very informative and let me know about the area and the shuttle services she is definitely an amazing driver and it was a pleasure riding with her we had great conversation :)

Michelle the shuttle driver picked us up from BWI and was amazing. She told us all the things to do around the area. She said the shuttle ran 24/7 and would gladly take us to any of the places around the hotel. Itâs always lovely when you can tell someone enjoys their job!
