Very clean with wonderful friendly staff. Would never stay there again because there is no coffee in the rooms. Lots of people complained about no microwave in the room either. I was not worried about the microwave, but the coffee is a deal breaker for me. Would not stay there again. I would definitely look for a hotel that provides coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety.

Our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was not only spotlessly clean and well-organized but also blissfully quiet, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff was a highlight—thoughtful and attentive, they provided complimentary coffee and tea, treats for our dog, and even toothpaste when they noticed we’d forgotten ours, which added a personal touch to the experience. On the downside, the breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were served cold, there were no waffles, and the only natural options were small apples and unripe green bananas, leaving us wishing for more variety and freshness. Pros: Clean, organized, and quiet room Comfortable bed for a great night’s sleep Warm, accommodating staff Complimentary coffee, tea, and toothpaste provided Pet-friendly with dog treats offered Cons: Breakfast was lackluster—cold eggs and no waffles Limited natural options (just small apples and green bananas) In short, it’s a solid pick for a peaceful, clean, and pet-friendly stay with excellent service, though the breakfast needs improvement to match the rest of the experience.

We came to germantown to pick up our new puppy. When we checked in, Ahkil was at the front desk. Very helpful, great attitude---makes me want to come back and stay again. And the hotel itself was great. Grubhub delivers to your door. toasted bagels were great

Pros: • Great location. • Small room but clean. • Continental breakfast included with 24/7 hot coffee at the lobby. • Friendly staff. Cons: • Weird speaker set up in the bathroom! • Loud music noise during night time as other customers already reviewed and complained! My in-laws stayed on the 2nd floor and they could not sleep. This was the worst experience. • Breakfast was meh with some bagels and tiny apples. • The microwave should be placed in the dining hall for guests, not “hidden” behind the front desk.

Sparks is run and furnished as a discount hotel but not priced, same price as a Hampton. Elevator did not work, no container to carry ice to room, no cups in room, breakfast bar stale bagels, toilet flushes load enough to wake the dead. Metal desk chair uncomfortable and cold.
