TownePlace Suites by Marriott Baltimore BWI Airport

The worst front desk 'service' that I have ever experienced in 30 years of travel... I had called to ensure that I could get a shuttle back to the hotel from BWI after a 1230am arrival. I was assured that the shuttle would be made available if I called when I had my luggage. I called and was advised by Cheeron that the shuttle was there on time and left when I didn't show for 1am. I told her that I was there since 1255am, to which her response was that I was lying and that he would now not return until 130am. When the driver returned (an amazing gentleman named Chris), he told me that he had asked the front desk to call me to advise that he was there... Cheeron lied to him and said that she had called (she did not). Thank goodness I had checked in on the app as I did not want to share my real thoughts with Cheeron when I arrived. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

This is a really nice little hotel. Impeccably clean. Having a little kitchenette was very convenient. The bathroom is extremely small. Beds were very comfortable. Quite close to the airport and walking distance to a few restaurants. Would recommend.

The location is not far from the airport but not right on top of it which is nice. The bed and pillows were amazing. Not sure if it had anything to do with where i was but the wifi was really bad on the first floor. i was also facing the back of the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the linen was clean and fresh. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and we had many choices. I love the fact that the hotel was near the airport, only a few minutes away. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location. Wonderful staff and clean, cool rooms in the sweltering summer heat. The airport shuttle is great as well. Our driver was so kind and patient as we dealt with airline luggage issues. Will definitely stay again next time we fly out of BWI.
