The hotel is very nice. Ron at the front desk was awesome! We needed 2 rooms connected and he made sure that happened. He even walked up to the room to make sure the rooms were connected. Our stay was great and rooms were quiet. We had children with us and they had so much fun. We will be back!!

I am currently a guest at this hotel and my experience has been AMAZING!!. Every employee we have interacted with has exhibited excellent customer service and hospitality. It began with the young man that checked us in on arrival. I'm sorry I don't have his name but he was awesome! The next person we interacted with was plant operations. Responded to concern and again excellent interaction. After that, we met the director of security, actually to ask about restaurants in the area. She also made you fee so at home and cared for. The club lounge was one of the best I have experienced. The food quality is quite good but the service sets it apart. Miss Millie makes you feel like you are at home and taken care of. Of course it warmed my heart how she interacted with my 5 year old granddaughter. The room was very comfortable and very clean as was the rest of the hotel. I travel a lot and Marriott is my preferred hotel brand. Of course the physical plant is important but it is your people that sets a hotel operation apart. I commend the department that manages your hiring and training!!! I hope I get to return soon.

Good spot, bar is nice to watch sports. Sunny was our bartender and incredibly attentive / high customer service. Ask for her! If I could go again, I would stay here it’s the best best best. Thanks to all and will be coming here again on next trip.

I had a lovely experience with the bartender named Sunny. it was several people at the bar however she made each one of us feel extremely special. If you’re ever in the area, please come to the bar on the ground floor and ask for Sunny. She’ll put some sunshine in your life.

I’m currently staying at the renaissance hotel. My stay has been great but who makes it better is the bar tender Sunny on the first floor. She is always respectful and always helpful. She always addresses me and other customers by name. She’s one of the best bar tenders here.
