Donāt be fooled by the picture they show. While they are on the beach, your room will not face it unless you have one of the few at the very end. When they say it is a studio double they mean it is a Murphy bed in a very small space, with a double-sized (large twin feeling) mattress! Literally, you have to pull your bed out of the wall! And yes, it is just that comfortable to sleep on.

Family upstairs did not put shower curtain inside the tub.All of the water that on their bathroom floor ran through the ceiling into our bathroom, flooding our bathroom floor. Made for a difficult stay water continued to drip all night. Very inconvenient. With the help of Expedia, we did get a refund for leaving early. We just couldnāt tolerate a wet bathroom that was dripping water.

My husband and I stayed for two nights for my daughter graduation from USM. Room was out dated. People were very nice upon check in. Unfortunately while we were attending the graduation housekeeping came in our room to tidy up. They stole my Tiffany bracelet that was in my backpack by the sofa. There was no safe in the room and I figured hiding it in my backpack would be enough. This was not the case. When talking to the hotel they told me we signed upon check in that they would not be responsible for stolen jewelry. Yup its at the bottom of the paper we signed. NOTICE TOGUEST: This property si privately owned andmanagementreserves the right to refuse service to anyone, andwill not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or forloss of money, jewelry or valuablesof any kind. How convenient that they can just steal from people and get away with it!!! Beware!! Do not stay here!!!

End of season stay in this very nice place! It has a nice kitchenette with everything we needed! right by the ocean. Some restaurants and supermarket near by. Not very far from the airport and/or Portland.

STAY AWAY!!!! RATS RUNNING AROUND AC UNITS ARE FILLED WITH DUST AND DIRT COB WEBS ON CEILINGS ETC. totally disgusting i would not even recommend my worse enemy to stay there.and management is a big joke just hung up on me
