We love it here, we hadn't been back since Covid and we thought we'd try it again. We've stayed at the hotel before. The atmosphere at the hotel is very cozy and warm. When you check in they give you a delicious chocolate chip cookie. We had our breakfast in the hotel every morning before we went skiing. The staff is really friendly, efficient and the breakfast buffet was delicious. If you want to get the best of the breakfast go early. We like the rooms and my husband enjoyed the large hot tub. We ate at the Widow maker and The Bag and Kettle. I'd recommend both places. The ski conditions were excellent when we were there. Hope to return!

Iām stayed here for a week on business. Ski season had just started but was not a hindrance to my stay. The best thing about the hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff. Kristin at the front desk took great care of me and my reservation from the get-go. Valet parking is awesome and worth the cost in the snow. Two days I had to get my car early in the morning and the valets brought my vehicle to the front entrance the night before so it was ready for me when I left for the day at the crack of dawn. Only negative was the lack of hot water and the brown tint to the waterā¦..not sure what that was about, but it took me 20 minutes to get hot water each morning in the shower and sink.

It was the nicest hotel in the immediate area. The bed was pretty comfortable and everything was very clean. It was a bit outdated. The staff were very nice. The food was excellent, yet overpriced. I have no real complaints at all. I do think its probably a much better experience during ski season, as that is their main attraction.

Very nice place! The staff at reception and those responsible for cleaning the rooms were extremely welcoming and helpful. Although our condo was somewhat, it was very functional. Our only disappointment was our experience at the hotel restaurant for dinner. We had made a reservation for a specific table on a windowsill, and when we arrived, the host had seated other guests at the table we had reserved. Excellent cocktails, while the value for money of the food leaves something to be desired.

We enjoyed two nights at the Sugarloaf Hotel. We booked a standard room that came with two queen beds. Two large arm chairs with a round table and mini bar/kitchenette area was an added bonus. The only concern with our room was the hot water was very inconsistent in the shower both days. The hotel provides complimentary buffet breakfast, valet parking and ski/board lockers in a heated room. Few stairs and your at the lift to start your time on the mountain. We didnāt use the outdoor jacuzzi but it looked nice. The best feature of this hotel is their team! The ladies at the front desk, valet, wait staff at restaurant 45 North and the room service attendants were very pleasant and went out of their way to show appreciation to their guests! We truly appreciate this and the welcoming atmosphere! We hope to return! Take advantage of Boyne Rewards and visit the fresh donut shop.
