On my way home and talking about this trip with my family. We all mentioned the same and I had to make sure we show our appreciation to this hotel; We loved our stay, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great! But the staff? I have no words for the front desk girls Danielle and Anna they were AMAZING!!! Danielle who checked me in was great she did everything she could to find a room close to the elevator for me and my family ( I had requested since I just had a baby 4 months ago and do not feel comfortable being too far from the exits ) she greeted me and my kids every time we passed by the front desk. Not to forget we went to each recommendation she gave us! Anna was also a great help with all my housekeeping requests I loved all the help and appreciated both. This hotel is Great very close to the commons and not to forget about the train station less then a minute walk. We will back for sure!!!

My son and I were in town for a Bruins game. Loved the prolixity to The TD Garden which was about 1 mile. While it was very walkable, it was a bit cold and jumped on the T located just outside the lobby. Rooms are a bit smaller than most but very adequate for a nights stay. Not certain but appears to be either a new hotel or the rooms were renovated. The beds were comfortable and the quality of the bedding was also very good. Free parking was a huge bonus but keep in mind the garage is rather tight and will put your parallel parking skills to the test as many spots are against the wall. Regretfully, we had to leave before breakfast and was not able to take advantage of the free offering. Will not hesitate to book this property again

This location always has pleasant staff and the breakfast was great. The rooms are always nice, clean and fresh. I love coming to this hotel because it is close to the mall. The staff comes to you making sure everything is good as you walk through the lobby.

Came into town for a day away with my significant other. Hotel location is great. Close to downtown, easily walkable to public transit. Restaurants also within walking distance. Free parking is a huge bonus, especially in this area. Property seems fairly new and seems well maintained. Room was clean and fresh. Contacted front desk not long after check in. Heating/AC had overwhelming odor of marijuana. Maintenance came and dropped off a bottle of febreeze. Stopped by desk upon check out in the AM to speak to manager on duty. I was told “yes, we have a note about it”. I waited awkwardly for someone to apologize or explain but was met with a blank stare and finally “do you need anything else?”. Unprofessional and disappointing. I guess being a gold member on a reward stay makes me less important as a client. Stopped in breakfast area. It’s trivial but flavored creamers for coffee weren’t there, just plastic diner packets. Breakfast was small. This property has a ton going for it but the issues make me not want to come back.

Some good, some bad. The room was a typical Hampton, a comfortable bed with a good variety of pillows, and the room had been well cleaned. The free parking was the big plus, as fees for parking at Boston area hotels are outrageous.. With that cost savings we were able to Uber here and there and not have to face the night time Boston traffic or try, often in vain, to find a nearby parking place at the restaurant or event that we were going to. The free breakfast was standard Hampton, IMO the weakest of all the free breakfasts now being served in hotels, but the person working the breakfast area was very good, constantly checking and refreshing the buffet area. By way of disappointing, the young lady that checked us in fit the mold of the unfriendly New Englander. That phrase irks me because, while NE'rs may not exude the welcoming manner of Southerners, for the most part they are very friendly, no matter what service industry they're working. She seemed disintereted and couldn't bring herself to welcome us as frequent Hilton Honors guests, something I'm sure is a must do in the Hilton service training books. Not a big deal but it kind of went along with her "never smile at the customer" attitude. The other bad was that the room hallways were in need of at least a carpet vacuuming, if not a carpet replacement. Seems that vacuuming is something that should be done at least every day, but it was obvious during our stay that it wasn't being done.
