It was an amazing time and the room was extremely comfortable. The pillows were xtrenely fluffy and the bed was very soft. The shower was great as well and the amenities were top notch. Overall was an amazing experience and I would definitely do it again

Spent 5 nights in this hotel on a business trip. The room was clean an comfortable and had a practical desk and chair for working at. The central location was good for the T and useful busses. Breakfast and evening meals in the Elephant and Castle (adjoining bar) were tasty and good value. Tristine and the other staff were friendly and conversational and keen to help with anything. Will stay there again.

Tristine was truly impressiveâher kindness and attentiveness made a big difference during my stay. She was always ready to help with a smile, and I really appreciated her support throughout the trip. The hotelâs location is fantastic, which made exploring the city so easy. The breakfast was a lovely surprise every morningâfresh, tasty, and with a good variety of options to start the day right.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely helpful and welcomingâespecially Tristine, who was incredibly kind and friendly. She went out of her way to assist us during our stay, and we really appreciated her support. The location couldnât have been betterâjust steps away from landmarks along the Freedom Trail and very close to the subway, which made getting around super easy. The hotel itself was very clean, and the bottled water dispenser was a thoughtful and convenient touch for travelers.

The room was perfect! Mattress was comfortable. Tristine was great. She checked me in early and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. We went to Elephant and Castle to have lunch and theres coffee and tea in the lounge. Iâve stayed here multiple times and will be back.
