Residence Inn By Marriott Boston Andover

I was promised one price over the phone directly by hotel staff, but my bill ended up being higher and the staff would not honor the price I was quoted on the phone. The room was dated with torn and worn carpeting, a broken clock in the bedroom, dirty grout on the bathroom floor, and evidence of mold starting to grow in one corner of the bathroom.

Room was nice very clean. A/c wasn’t working so I was quite warm in the room. Had a strange smell like fried foods other than all that we had a good stay,food was great employees were nice and helpful pool was closed due to it being still cold. But anyway I would recommend this if you are planning to stay one night not multi I don’t think I could stand that smell another night.

The most reliable stay I’ve found. Bobby and the rest of the staff are very helpful and have gone above and beyond. I had even forgot something in my room one day and Bobby made sure to put it aside for me in the office. 10/10 Customer Service. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

My experience at this hotel was really great! All the workers are very nice and welcoming especially the assistant manager who goes above and beyond on ensuring my stay at this hotel was nothing but a great experience I will definitely be coming back !

The place is in dire need of a facelift. First off, as soon as you walk in it smells like your grandmothers house. Kind of a musty, old cigarette smell covered up by a cheap air freshener and moth balls. The entire place from the lobby to my room is straight out of the 80s….VERY dated! My shower had dirt stains in it, I kind of wish I had flip flops. Having said that, the bed was comfortable, location was confident for my business needs, free breakfast wasn’t bad, room was clean (other then the gross shower) and as always what I love most about Marriott is the staff was very friendly and accommodating (they let me check in at noon without any problem).
