We stayed in a 2 bedroom with one bathroom. Upon checkin we reported the toilet was not working. Next morning we were told it was fixed by maintenance. That evening when back from a day out; it was still not working and we had to endure another night without a working toilet in our room. The next morning it was finally fixed. For 2 nights out of our 3, we had to rely on the one bathroom in the foyer of the hotel. I was advised by management that our account would be adjusted accordingly however when checking out I was charged a full amount and the clerk at the desk knew nothing about the issues and became aggressive when I requested for a manager. I was told a manager would contact me by that evening, which never happened. I then reached out again and was told the same story and a week later, still no contact from the hotel. This is one hotel I will not be staying at again!

I have stayed thousands of nights in hotels all around the world! This is by far the worst! The room was freezing cold and took all night to warm up, sink didnāt drain! Just overall a do not stay!! I donāt know how to say it any more but this app makes me write more which I think is stupid!!

DON'T DO IT !!! If you could do zero stars, I would. Everything inch of everything dirty, Also, feeling unsafe. I don't know how Marriott corporation could possibly allow this under their umbrella. Do they ever inspect their properties???

The worst Marriott property ever. I did not even wait to get home before writing this review. The only good thing was the staff at the front desk. 1st room 318 broken TV. 2nd room 321, the door did not lock from the outside you could only bolt it from the inside. Included breakfast did not happen. I guess the staff was a no-show. I expect better as a frequent bonvoy Marriott consumer. Had no wine stocked. Carpets are stained and dirty. It's just awful. Thank goodness I only had to endure for 1 night.

I booked this room for Essence Fest almost a year in advance. Extremely unpleasant experience. The customer service from management was very disappointing. I had my room booked from September only for them to try to charge my card and change my rate 3 days before my arrival (I did not select an advanced purchase rate.) Hotel is in need of some major renovations outside and in the hallways. There is only one elevator on each side of the building and it is extremely slow. On the second night of my stay a storm hit and the hotel was the only building without power on the whole street. The power was out for 5-6 hours until the night auditor decided to go flip the breaker switch. My 5 month old and I were on the 4th(top) floor with no AC, no fan, no power. The next morning, the staff did not acknowledge being without power and I was told someone would be in contact with me. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to hear anything. This was a terrible stay overall the only good thing about it was the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast.
