Absolutely horrible never go there ever again. Wouldnât recommend it even to my enemies. They have the most dirtiest tub the most rudest customer service and housekeeping ever they knock at your door at 9 oâclock in the morning when checkout is at 11 harasses you until 11 so they come knocking at your door multiple times and then stand in front of your door until you get out and you canât use the bathroom. You canât do nothing but pack your bags and leave because theyâre literally coming inside the room already. I never meant no housekeeping like this horrible wouldnât recommend And never coming here ever again.

- dirty bathtub. drains slow leaving dirt and skin residue behind. - broken toilet. flushes very slowly, but it does eventually flush. - VERY noisy beds. metal box below mattress if you move around. - cold air blows into room through door while closed. - air conditioner alternately blows both cold and warm air when set to heat room at 75 degrees. - disappointing, although free, breakfast. limited to waffles, toast, cereal, coffee, and juice. only 1 apple for fruit. - never received receipt via email after asking front desk and confirming email. - nice staff. reasonable nightly rates.

Started with poor service from the front desk, up to the room which was basic. Found long hairs in the bed which werenât ours! Cigarette burns on the furniture. Bathroom was horrific, glad we were only stopping one night but clearly with Taylor Swift in town the prices on hotels had been hiked. Towels dirty and floor just as bad! Had a shower and then they were filthy again. Needs work doing! I know itâs a motel and they get bad raps and I can see why!

Don't waste your time! This place is a disaster! I reserved three rooms from hotels.com since we needed to evacuate for Hurricane Milton. Hotels.com also said that the hotel was pet-friendly and there would be an extra fee per pet. No problem right? I get to the hotel to check in and there is a sign by the front desk that says no pets and the guy (who was VERY hard to understand) at the desk says no pets. I proceeded to argue with him about it and explain my situation. He looked at his computer, I guess to check hotels.com, and said the pets were fine. He then told me that I only had one room reserved. I argued that as well and showed him the confirmation email I had. He insisted that the reservation was only for one room. I asked him to go ahead and give me another room and asked that it be next to mine if possible since my two disabled sons had to get a room of their own. The guy said he was giving me the available room and it would be no problem. I paid for everything and got the keys and immediately noticed the keys had room numbers on opposite sides of the hotel! After driving for over 14 hours I was not in a place to argue anymore. I just wanted to crash for the night. So I got the boys settled into their room and went over to mine. The room on BOTH sides of mine was empty! (our entire stay they were empty) While we walked up to our rooms, there were several people in several areas just hanging around outside smoking weed. A girl was staying in a room below us and she had ALOT of males of different ages coming in and out of her room constantly. A drug deal went down as I was walking by to pick up food for my family. By the elevators, there were rusted old shells of the AC units they changed. Another time I went out for food, there was a guy just sleeping on the sidewalk next to the tree that was in the median. When I had to go and reserve my boys' room for one more day, it wasn't much better. The girl was so hard to understand and rude when I asked her to repeat herself a few times. I dealt with her again at checkout and thankfully that went a lot smoother. Beware if you choose to stay here.
