Very comfortable, clean, spacious and the friendliest team. Robert at the front desk is helpful and a pleasure to work with! The location is convenient. Easy access to restaurants and acrivities. Quiet place to rest and recharge. I really appreciate the in room amenities.

Bed is so comfortable, I sleep like a baby when I stay here. It is always so quiet. The staff go above and beyond. They are all so friendly, always welcome you with a smile. I try to book here whenever I am in town on business. I definitely recommend!

Great place! Very clean hotel in safe, conveniently located neighborhood! Well configured Suites down to the four-level night light in the bathroom, and well supplied. Convenient parking. Loved the helpful staff, especially Nick, front desk clerk, and Mr. Robert, the Manager.

Wet carpeting under AC unit, up and under the bed, molded. Mold found on wall above, ceiling, sprinkler, smoke alarm, window sill, electric out above sink, and musty odor throughout. Dirty bathroom floor and the toilet seating surface broken in half (it pinched the skin too). And, not even an ice bucket. Additionally, I have photographs to prove every allegation above. When I went to inform the desk manager, I was told they had no more rooms. Since it was already about 10 p.m., we had no choice but to stay. He provided towels to put on the wet carpet so we could get into bed with dry feet and gave me permission to move the bed into the middle of the room. I told him that I refused to pay for the room, and was told that I would need to speak with the manager the next day. After a fitful night worrying about breathing in mold, and a painful back from moving the bed, we checked out. The manager was not there, I explained everything to the desk assistant, provided her with my name and phone number, and was told that the manager would call me. Now, 17 days later, three emails and two phone calls sent to the manager, I've heard nothing, hence this review. I have family in Lafayette, and periodically visit, always staying in hotels. I will never stay at Candlewood Suites again and will tell everyone I encounter to do the same.

If you like a hotel that says they provide amenities but don’t actually have them or will provide them then this is definitely your hotel,if you like a hotel that has dirty dishes put away because the maids don’t like there jobs and are lazy this is definitely the right hotel for you,If you like a hotel that maintenance does a crappy job fixing things then definitely stay here the Shower leaked through the closet in to the kitchen,the toilet seat doesn’t even fit the toilet it’s self ,did not have pans to cook in told the front desk they said they would call me when they got some but never got a call,called about 4and they had no clue of where they put them so now have to wait in the morning,it rained in the air conditioner and soaked the carpet,and you have to old down the toilet handle to get it to flush some of the dishes was put away that was still dirty ,I’ve worked at hotels before and know that as a housekeeper your job is to clean everything and make sure the rooms are fully stocked,I’m a ferm believer that if you can do your jobs right then you should just stay home.And to top off the morning every single thing of creamer of bone dry ,Just an update I asked about the pans at apparently noon the next day remind you yesterday afternoon we asked the front desk about them and they said the maintenance would have to get them,today around noon they said we was not the only one who had asked about them so tell me why it is they did not go a buy some more for the rooms if they strive so hard to make everyone’s stay relaxing we have stayed at this hotel multiple times but this stay is definitely the last the hole purpose of a hotel with a kitchen that’s Supose to be equipped with everything is to be able to cook with ease not have to spend money eating out because you have no pan to cook in.You ask why didn’t we buy a pan well if I wanted a new pan I would have just brought an electric skillet and stayed at the holiday inn.at 2 o lock in the morning we have someone blasting there tv and front desk does nothing about it
