Sink was leaking water every time we used it and they used a heavy air freshener or fragrance like they were trying to cover up a smell. There was a bug crawling on the office floor and the office had a sign up that said they would be back in five minutes, but I ended up waiting 15 minutes and ultimately had to call to let them know that I was waiting.

Great place to stay when traveling to and from Las Vegas. Ron is the owner or manger probably both and the night auditor. And the janitor. And front desk manager. This man cares a lot about his business and his customers. And it shows 👍 A++++++ ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Great place to stay!

Needed a place to crash in Las Vegas late at night prior to embarking on a tour of the wonderful national parks in nearby Utah. This place was not cheap for this type of accommodation, but it was reasonable for Las Vegas, and the manager, Bob, was welcoming and friendly, the room was quite adequate, and it was convenient to our car rental location, which made it ideal for our late night arrival and early morning departure. The Rusty Spur Saloon, which was adjacent to the motel office, was a delight. There is coffee in the motel lobby, with delicious donuts, in the morning, and since we were leaving at 5:00 a.m. the day of our departure, Bob provided in-room coffee for us instead.

This place was the first motel we saw as we entered Vegas at 4 AM. We were desperate for a place to crash and the Highland Inn was there. They let us check out an hour late, were relatively cheap, had a comfortable bed and a TV I was able to watch while my partner showered the next morning. They neglected to give us the wifi password, which was a bummer, and the room was pretty dingy. It was what we needed at 4 AM after a full day and night of driving and misadventures, but I probably wouldn't recommend it for any other kind of stay.

This was like a motel 6. I would have expect a better room for the $140.00 I paid.Old rooms, missing light bulbs, no iron or ironing boards. Soaps and lotions in packages. Horrible blow dryer . Just bad overall. Old carpet .
