Wingate by Wyndham Bossier City LA

This place should have less than one star rating. It’s unsafe to stay at and it’s filthy. If you care about yourself do not get fooled by the these fake photos online. The bathroom walls are all cracked and look like they just brought someone from the street to do repairs. Sheets were discolored, dirty carpet, horrible smell. We checked out the next morning and booked room at the live casino which is just about $40.00 different in price but it’s like 5 stars, clean and beautiful.

My trip was fantastic, The staff was extremely nice from the Front Desk to the House Keeping Staff they made you fill like you at home my only thing is if you get an accessible room the chairs. Are very low to the floor but other than that the room was 👍 👌 👍 👌

First of all, this I'd a true review and not a paid one!! This location was very easy to get to, the beds are very comfortable, pillows were fluffy and comfy, and the employees were very kind! The interior is older but it's clean. We felt safe. I'd stay here again!!

I called to cancel my Friday booking via customer care on Thursday, July 30,2025 6pm PST. I was told it was to be Louisiana time. I was driving from California and I would not make it until Saturday, February 2, 2025. This property refused to reimburse me the Friday, July 31, 2025. I'm disappointed because they could have had compassion and reimbursed me. I will never stay at any Wyndham Property. This was my first and last. The hotel room was a little dated, carpet should be replaced. The bathroom gutted and the plumbing redone. Had to flush toilet multiple times for #2 to go down. The bathroom tub lever came off in my hand and the water in the tub was slow going down the drain. The floor tiles in the bathroom should be replaced as when I walked it was loose.

Was one problem right after another and nothing was done about it. Blood on bedding,broken items in room,elevator went out,spots and ripped furniture,key card kept given every one problems
