Our room was very, very basic. The beds were comfortable enough, but we found the floor was not cleaned well, and there were candy wrappers left in the bedside drawer. There was absolutely no place to put clothes (drawers, hangers, hooks). Our bathroom had a shower, and seemed to be created for disability access. However, there was NO toilet paper holder, there was a handle bar beside the toilet and one behind the toilet (???), and the vanity had no space to put any personal toiletries. The price was reasonable, but more work needs to be done to maintain a clean room as well as properly outfit a true accessible space. And also, hooks for clothing and a toilet paper dispenser seem to be necessities, not luxuries. On a plus, the view is great from the window.

My daughter and I had one night reserved for a weekend trip. We arrived on the day of our reservation on Saturday, 5/28/22 to find no one in the office. On the counter was a phone and a sign stating to use the phone to dial "0" to check in, however every time we dialed 0 we just got a busy signal. We then tried to find a direct number to the hotel to wade through that phone system, but it was more of the same. Every selection we tried just ended up in a busy signal. After half an hour of trying to find someone on site or reach someone by phone we had to give up because we had concert tickets in Cooperstown for later that evening, and had to try to find a new hotel at the last second in the middle of Memorial Day weekend, when the only reason we booked here in the first place was because there was nothing else available. Still trying to figure out how to get our money back for a room we couldn't even access.

Great view from up on a hill. The place was clean, owner was pleasant as was the housekeeping staff. TV and Wifi were accessible. I had my dog with me and there was an area to walk the dog. The room came with microwave and refrigerator. Room was a little dark. The mattress seemed to slide and I had to reposition it but no real problems. There were a few bugs but we were in the country and if I left the door open, it seemed natural the bug would come in. I found the place clean and I would stay here again.

The sheets where stained. There was food that had been left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. There were dead and live bugs crawling in the bathroom overhead light. We were in room 103 street level.

New paint, new upholstery, clean sheets, new flooring ,very nice for $100. Furniture was a bit banged up! Front desk staff was very friendly. It was out in the middle of no where.. perfect for us and a short stop on a long road trip. I would recommend it!
