100% of the staff that we came in contact with during our three days, was exceptional with courtesy and friendliness. We stayed during the National quilt convention, which means they were full. However, every single staff position greeted us like we were true guests in their home. Drury Suites of Paducah Kentucky was a five-star experience in every capacity.

We were really impressed overall with this hotel and the brand. We travel a lot throughout the year and have not stayed at this brand prior. Room was great, breakfast awesome, quiet, beds comfy, overall, excellent stay. One of the elevators was being repaired and there was only 1 available, but it didn't affect our stay. Everything was clean and the employees really seemed to be happy to be there. We arrived around 8 pm on a Sunday and were not able to enjoy the evening snacks or the pool. We would stay at this hotel again if we are in the area.

We specifically choose Drury every chance we can…and we travel a lot! They are under some construction which is understandable and does not affect this review. Service was great and helpful, front desk, bar and buffet; however I would say that this is probably the most “average at best” I’ve ever felt at a Drury! Buffet was not good at all and very light, meaning when we book this hotel bc we expect the “Drury” dinner buffet, this was not it. We’ll see about breaky. Maybe this was the Monday setup, but this was disappointing. Rooms are above average as usual.

Stay no where else! This hotel was perfection! Just recently renovated...everything was new and clean, including beds! Both an evening Happy Hour with serious free food, and a great breakfast included. Staff was wonderful, and it's in a great location. Safe and full of restaurants. Right off the highway.

This hotel is by far the absolute BEST! From the check-in time to the free breakfast, dinner, and drinks every day/night. The front desk even offered a fabulous rate as my father was having bypass surgery. This hotel was the greatest exp. I cant say enough good things. Will for sure stay again
