Cindy was wonderful and very professional very helpful. Very polite and very helpful to new area and good places to eat or shopping or just what uptractions. Fast and very efficient while working front desk with reservations and checking in or out 100 percent right person for the job.............

Summary: room was in disrepair coupled with poor communication between staff and management. Recommendation: Save yourself the headache, enjoy your vacation, and stay somewhere else. Expanded: Very rough experience. Staff was initially very pleasant. However the room was in entire disrepair and this created a host of other issues. • Mini fridge needed replaced because it was making a loud noise. (Photo) • Hot water in the shower didn't work because the faucet was broken. • Lights over the bed did not work. (Video not attached look on google) • Wall thermostat did not work and was not connected to the aged window ac unit. (Photo) Outside of these issues, the paint in the tub was chipping. Typically this is a cosmetic issue I have no problem with but in this case it just served as further evidence that the rooms are in disrepair. (Photo) Final blow was when 3rd shift staff (who was super friendly and apologetic) indicated that the room would be comped but Matt the manager overruled that for a lesser compensation. I wouldn't have had so much of an issue with the lesser compensation if it wasn't indicated to me beforehand that I would have gotten the full compensation. Matt was polite and helpful at first but our last conversation was difficult and he had a lot of excuses, and assured me that what the staff told me wasn't accurate (which I took as an insinuating that I was being dishonest). Save yourself the headache, enjoy your vacation, stay elsewhere.

The facility was clean. Service excellent. Our room was ok except the bathroom. The tub faucet handle completely falls off. Is broken and detached. The sink faucet is loose and hard to use. Bathroom door closes on us. Can’t keep it open. Very cheap tissue and toilet paper.

The hotel staff is so welcoming. The lobby smelled clean and the beds were so comfortable, I had the best nights sleep. Breakfast was very good and had lots of options. The onsite pool and fitness center was nice as well. I Will not hesitate to stay here again.

The breakfast was really good. Rooms were very clean and staff was amazing! Everyone we encountered was friendly and didn't hesitate to help when asked. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! Overall me and my family enjoyed this hotel.
