Have been staying here for several years 40 or 50 nights a year always hospitable efficient and friendly staff. Love this place for the tired airline pilot. Keep up the good work! Lauren is my favorite! Great location in Florence close to stores and resturaunts

This hotel is excellent. The staff is awesome and go beyond to make your stay the best experience. The hotel, rooms and amenities are exceptionally clean. The shuttle to and from the airport is always available and on time. The coffee is hot. I highly recommend

Amazing staff. Ran exactly the way it should be! Have recommended thia place and will continue! It was very clean and everyone there was so friendly! I knew when i came in there was a great vibe and turns out i was correct! Thanks for always being on point!

I LOVE this hotel! You can always guarantee that the rooms are sparkling clean because management there holds their employees to the highest standards of customer service and hospitality so I always know if I need accommodations for me or my family for a get a way, this is the place to go and very close to Walmart and really good restaurants too! Highly Recommend! Also offers rides to and from the Cincinnati airport which is super convenient!

This hotel is amazing on every level. From the front desk staff, breakfast attendants, and management every one is so kind and caring. The housekeeping staff is amazing as well the place is super clean. The pool and fitness room are a pleasant bonus as well. Maintenance is on top of everything here! Definitely worth a visit! If you are ever in Florence Kentucky this place is what I recommend. The breakfast spread is superior to any hotels I have ever been at!
