Hampton Inn Dry Ridge

Every employee was extremely friendly. The ladies that worked the breakfast area were so kind and hard working. The breakfast was like going to a buffet. So many choses. We enjoyed the area so much. We look forward to going back to stay at this location.

We had an excellent experience. It’s an older building but updated and very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative aspect was that the living room of our suite did not ventilate well. My kids sleeping on the pull-out couch were hot no matter how cool we turned the air down.

I recently stayed at a hotel located about 12 minutes from the Ark, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, with Piper at the front desk standing out for her helpfulness and warm demeanor. The pool area was nice, although I was disappointed to find that the accessibility lift was not functioning during our stay. However, I was pleased to see that the handicap rooms were spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair, and the bathroom was well-designed to meet our group’s needs. The hotel’s location is a plus, conveniently situated near Walmart and various dining options. This made it easy to stock up on supplies and enjoy meals out without much hassle. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly service and accessibility features, though I hope they can address the lift issue soon.

We just returned home from staying in this reasonably priced hotel, which we chose because it was within ten minutes of The Ark Encounter. We experienced staff who were very helpful, the food at the buffet was good, and the room was quiet and comfy!

Very disappointed! The room needed complete updating. Was given a room with handicap access, which we don’t need, shower floor was dirty and bathroom smelled like a urinal. We had a connecting door, so we heard voices all the time. To top it off, a bus tour arrived between 11-11:30 pm and they were hollering and slamming doors for a good hour. They then proceeded to take over the breakfast area in the morning and left that a total shambles. Couldn’t even think about eating there, it was such a mess. Felt terrible for the staff.
