First off, before writing my review I looked at a 2024 review and a 2022 review. Needless to say nobody seems to care about this place as nothing has improved. I should of known we were in trouble when their is grass growing up in the cracks of the parking lot and the front door looks like someone took a paint scraper to it. As this was an Army reunion for my husband, hotel rooms were reserved for our group. We had a double queen room. Their was stains on one of the bedspreads. Wallpaper along with some of the sheetrock had been torn away between the beds. Only 1 socket worked where the light was plugged in between the beds. With folks having phones, c pap machines, hearing aids, one needs more then 1 live slot. We had to get a zip strip to plug the above in along with the light because their was only one socket working in the outlet. I went to reduce the A/C and the cover came right out of my hands. The only ice maker that worked was on the 1st floor, the 3rd floor one is out of order and the vending machines are not operating. Also 1 of the 2 water fountains is operational. It states breakfast, but all they had was biscuits and gravy (no sausage for the gravy), some stale corn loaf muffins, orange juice, outdated yogurt and tea & coffee. Go to the huddle house in front of this place and get a much better breakfast. The light over our bathroom mirror flickered constantly and once in awhile it would come on. I said something to the front desk and she said oh yeah, someone complained about that a few months ago. (well wouldn't you think somebody would get it fixed). Also their are lots of water stains on the bathroom ceiling tiles. The internet is sketchy at best, the front desk continually had to reset it and the T.V. would not stay on a program. It kept loading so we eventually said to heck with the T.V. The icing on the cake, was I went to look out our window and it was full of dead house flies. These flies had not been here for a day or two, these flies had been their for months and months and months. My husband and I both went downstairs and told them we wanted someone to come up with a vacuum and (I didn't care if they used windex to sanitize with) clean those up. We showed her pictures. Housekeeping was at walmart and when they got back, the only thing they did was vacuum. Didn't bother to sanitize it. I am not a hotel snob, but I do expect a room to be clean and tidy and looks like someone attended to it. Never ever ever would I stay at this place again. I would stay in my car first.

We secured a reservation with AAA. No problem, there. Quiet, clean, but definitely need an upgrade. Requested ground floor but received 2nd floor. Had elevator so okay. Went together ice and something to drink. Ice machine and soda machine both unplugged and towels on floor. Had to go to lobby to get ice and sodas. The ice was in room by check in counter. Had to get sodas from behind counter, not all were cold. Friendly but tile busted in bathroom and boxed taped, pealing paint. I would go back hoping they would be renovated.

Stay here only if it is necessary. Rooms are dated. Lobby is dated. It appears that there are smoking rooms. Room wasn’t the cleanest. The top cover may have been older than most people. There was (what appeared to be) drywall spackling over wall paper. Spots that weren’t very clean in the room. The extra special touch was, what appeared to be, boogers next to the head of the bed and probably been there for years. The hole in the door of the bathroom added ambience with the outdated lighting and broken tiles. Door to the hall didn’t close very tight. On a positive, it’s pretty quiet since it appeared about 90% (or more) empty. I will not be staying here EVER again.

Nice room in a hotel not far from the interstate. Comfortable beds, nice housekeeping staff. Fluffy towels, complimentary breakfast. Stayed 4 nights. I would stay there again if in the area. The only problem was the manager had an attitude.

Had to load there the next morning and the place filled the bill. The clerk was very nice and informative. The lobby had a scale replica of Bill Monroe's house in it and that was cool. The room had soap, shampoo and a hair drier. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked fine. The breakfast was a continental breakfast with biscuits and gravy and the price wasn't bad either.
