I will not stay at this hotel again. I came to attended a conference. It was about midnight when I got back to the hotel and I was told I could not stay in the hotel lobby reading emails on my phone. The front desk worker was very rude in letting me know that I could not sit anywhere in the lobby or outside my room in the chairs provided due to the lobby is closed at 10pm for quite hours. I understood why they try to keep it as quite as they can in respect for others sleeping but when you have someone sleeping in your room, need to catch up on work emails there should be a place that you can sit can do these. The front desk clerk actually stated if we didn’t leave the lobby she would call the police on us. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I stay here again.

Ended up here after a horrific experience at another hotel. A pleasure! Easy check, in clean rooms comfy beds, great amenities. Good location from campus would stay here again for sure. Snacks to buy & gave us an extra blanket. Pillows were nice, nice shampoo & lotion!

The hotel is nice enough, BUT the air conditioning was broken so there was no way to cool our room down before going to bed and there was no air movement in the room. Another big issue arose when the hotel made no attempt to offer some kind of discount or refund.

On arrival, three staff members were sitting at the counter. Two were on their phones. The third seemed unsure of herself as she processed my room key. After getting my cookie, I headed up to a King Deluxe Room. I’m not sure what differentiates it from a regular king, but it was perfectly fine for the night and the bed was wonderful. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t lavish but hit all the right notes. A local coffee is used, which was welcome. I always appreciate ties to the local community. I’d certainly return.

Read the other reviews going back 4 or 5 years. I'm too disgusted and I don't have the time but please trust me when I say it so much worse. The place literally made me sick. I have photographs but what's the point? That's more of my time that I will never get back and less that I'll have on the planet no doubt. No, I am not given to melodrama. 'management': Do not bother with your standard reply. That reply goes back at least 5 years as well.
