My daughter and I stayed there for seven nights. PROS: convenient location - 4-minute drive to my son and daughter-in-law's; staff was friendly and helpful - our room door wouldn't latch and lock, the owner/manager came and fixed it right away; quiet area; room darkening shades. CONS: the fan in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned; the comforters had yellow stains on them in several places...GROSS!; the heater/AC vent looked like it had black mold in it.

Hotel was closest to a wedding venue. Checked in fine, room clean. No bath towels, bath mat, no liner in trash can. Had to ask for towels then more towels for a 3 night stay. The cleaning maid did not speak English, so it was difficult to communicate. Breakfast definitely bare bones and the only employee visible was on her phone the whole time even when we had a question or requested more coffee in the machine. Not helpful at all. Employee would not get off her easy chair by TV, and all the while talking on her cell phone, to help customers with check out. Each day we were there it was the same. If there had been more choices of places to stay, I would choose a different place. No, I don't play golf so that was not draw.

Good service but when we had gotten settled in for the night in the morning i went to the bathroom and i found a spider in the bathroom! They had s good breakfast and decent sleep but limited options also at times there is people running up and down the hallway

Room looked out at the back 9 of the golf course. Beautiful view. These 3 were daily visitors and didn't seem bothered by us. Room was clean and quiet. Set In a lovely smaller Iowa town. Would recommend to others if staying in the area We were there for a wedding Nice

I would not stay here again. We got in at 11:00 due to an accident of a grandchild. They came to unlock the door to let us in - we got to our room by midnight and at 1:30 the room above us was apparently jumping off the bed. We called the front desk and they said they had already taken care of it. Then the lights were on and we saw some flying ants on the wall. We killed a few, but they kept coming. (Jumping above us continued) Looked further as now the lights were on - and we had them on the bed, pillows, our clothes, etc. My husband went down and got the person on staff - he came down and looked. We found LOTS of ants on the air conditioner and walls - he said, "Well, someone left the window open!" We told him it wasn't us and they were coming in around the air conditioner! He then went on to state that he couldn't do anything. They were full, so what did we want to do. He ended up putting us in another room with a tv that didn't work either. We didn't sleep much as we felt that the things were still crawling on us. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but checked out EARLY the next morning. They refunded us the second night, BUT NOT THE FIRST! That is not acceptable if you are in the service profession.
