We spent one night with our dog and was pleased with the dog-friendly room. It was very clean abd didn’t smell like dogs. The beds were quite comfortable and we had plenty of room when friends came to visit. The lobby is very inviting and staff we encountered were welcoming.

I am only giving above average due to the bed being so great. Staff were friendly. Breakfast area was ok but could be nicer. It was definitely priced too high but it was labor day weekend. Location was decent, not on lake but on a golf course and close to the lake. The bed was so very comfortable I didn't want to get up. Bathroom was pretty small.

All staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure my booking was accurate (through a third-party). They explained where everything was and texted me if I needed anything else, they were available. There was a pool and sauna available. I didn't use them, but they looked clean as far as I could tell. Vending machines and guest laundry. Plenty of parking. Room was clean and toiletries were quality and stocked each day. Breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, bread, PB, jelly, milk and plant milk, mini fritattas/omelettes, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, a separate fridge with bottled water, biscuits and gravy, juice machine, microwave, cereal, and more. Area was clean and well-stocked. Temperatures were good. Served until 10:00 a.m.

Always a great experience as we stay here every time we come to the Okoboji area. It is a Clean facility. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We will definitely opt to stay here again the next time we are back in this area of northwest Iowa. Excellent

I would give this a 10 star hotel for friendly service, clean room, awesome breakfast We were so lucky to be able to have our little puppy stay there too as we had to evacuate our home do to a flood.
