Motel Forrest Rockville

This was an awful experience. This place should be shut down for so many violations because it's just disgusting...stains in the bedspread, dirty towels and the shower was beyond gross. I was afraid to open the fridge for fear of what I'd find.

If I had not checked in so late, I would have checked out. The dog urine smell was just incredible. I had to sleep with the window open to get air- and there was no screen in the window. The carpet was just saturated with odor. Awful. And because I had the window open, I was woke by the diesel truck parked right outside that fired up at 6 am, which is not the facility's fault, except that I had to open the window to get air, now I am awake in a room of diesel exhaust.

Terrible place to stay! Dirty bathroom, dirty beds, owner steals from guests. When confronted, he let us know we could have the item back only of we went back to the hotel and retrieved the item. Included picture of the dirty mattress.

$50/night WAY TOO MUCH for this fleabag hole in the wall! Place was dirty, dead bugs on the floor, moldy areas in bathroom, mattresses had some kind of stain on the bottom. Left my shoes behind, called 5 hrs later he said I could come look thru trash for them. Asked, since he threw then away if he could get them and send them to me I would pay. He refused. Will never stay here again! Included picture of mattress. Would have left zero or point 5 stars if available - it pains me to leave one star!

We read reviews, so based on reviews, we booked at Forrest motel. Blech. No fridge. No microwave. Carpet was damp because concrete floor was sweating. Paint peeling off walls in bathroom. Writing in walls in bathroom. No shampoo. Had to ask for towels. Curtains falling apart. PVC shower rod, shower handle defective and wouldn't turn off. AC worked, but everything stayed damp. Pay more ...stay elsewhere.
