Comfort Suites

Hotel is gross. Believe the reviews. Staff is not friendly. Rooms are dirty and housekeeping is not even a thing . Hallways full of trash and carpet dirty etc. heated pool is cold and not usable. Stay somewhere else. Lots of hotels in the area to choose from.

Room stinked and we could not stay. When we asked for a refund for the second night, they said non refundable. Worst stay. Stay away. Whole hotel stinks. I thought comfort suites was better quality. Now it's the same as any budget hotel. When non refundable policies are made, room should be in satisfactory condition.

This past Saturday was trying to make a reservation for 10/19/2024, but made it for 10/12/2024, the current date by mistake. Called within 15 minutes when I realized the mistake. I was told you need 24 hours and that I made the mistakecso All is true but they weren't out anything and could still use the room for someone else, but no they didn't want to here, so I was out $144 for a simple mistake. No customer service there. Service1.0

Do not stay there. Staff is horrible. They lie and the room was not cleaned for 5 days the bed was made with the same dirty sheets. The bread cranes and one makes we on the sheets and this is how i determined they were the dirty sheets from the time I checked in. I went to the front office and the manager argued with me about the issue telling me that the sheets are changed every three days. This sis too long are we four legged animals . When he checked his house keeping log, the logs indicated that the sheets were never change , the entertainment reported zero. The. He is telling me he will contact management when in fact he is the manager of the property. The towels are crusty they are not white they are old ; some are brown and some are yellow. This place needs to be shut down immediately. That’s not a hotel

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites and had an outstanding experience. The manager was exceptionally professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly during my stay. The customer service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate any requests. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen staff, who all wore gloves, ensuring a high standard of hygiene. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Plus it is close to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend Comfort Suites for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.
