Angela was so sweet. My family truly appreciate her. She made sure we had a great stay and was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean, parking was easily accessible and overall was a great hotel. I would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Sure, I paid an exorbitant last-minute rate here ($250) for a stay I didnât foresee in my travel plansâbut even for a reasonable price of ~100-150, the amenities and advantages of this hotel donât make it worthwhile, especially when comparing other Indy airport hotels. - Location and atmosphere: There is a free shuttle to/from the airport, and itâs not too far a drive. The lobby is nice and modern, with plenty of seating arrangements inviting guests to socialize. No complaints here. - Service: I found the folks working here to be friendly and hard-working, but they felt short-staffed, and never was there more than one person at the front desk at a time. A few useful amenities werenât available for borrowing, but it wasnât the end of the world. The complimentary waters, however, were a real treat! - Room: The value just isnât there when it comes to the rooms. They are severely showing their ageâpaint peeling, dust accumulating, stains on the floor and sink. Strange, since I always considered this property to be fairly new? I did appreciate the excellent soundproofing, even on the ground floor where the only vacant room was that they could place me. The HVAC didnât seem responsive, and all in all, there are better quality rooms for hotels of similar or cheaper price points. - Value: I would stay here again if I got a rate under $100, including taxes and fees.

We stayed during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. Alecia assisted us with questions prior to our arrival since we were coming from out of town and weren't sure what to expect with so many people attending the concert. Even though the hotel was very busy, the staff was very kind and patient. Sharon was very helpful when we called about an issue with our credit card. You would never have known they had a lobby full of guests when she took my call. Excellent guest services!

This is one of those places where if you don't look close enough (i.e. don't actually stay here), it looks fine enough. Spending a few nights here has proven otherwise. Things started OK. The shuttle was good and mostly prompt, which was helpful after a red-eye. But after arriving is where things went sideways. The front-desk person was nice but not really interested or particularly proficient at her job. No mention of my elite status or bonus points, no upgrade offer, etc. First, my room had compost-levels of humidity. Even running the AC couldn't remove the mildewy swamp-scent. Next, I found a condom (unopened, thankfully) under the luggage stand and the lotion container on the bathroom sink was 3/4 empty and had a pubic hair stuck in the lid. W-T-F ?!? Not a good start. At this point most people would complain, but there were people sitting outside their room on the floor in the hall bc they couldn't even get IN to their rooms (and the reception desk couldn't fix the issue), so I was still ahead of the game. Turn on the TV to find the TV channels are not aligned with the Guide. Figured out that they were either +1 or -1 of what was listed. So now math is involved to watch TV. It was also a low-rent Dish satellite system, so it would pixelate every few seconds. But the best was that ESPN & ESPN2 just "disappeared" after 12 midnight like Cinderella. Complete black screens for both channels. F-M-L. Tried to use the internet but it wasn't connecting, seemed like it was some ratchet set-up to bypass the Marriott standard log-in protocol. Called downstairs, only to be told "yes we know, just click skip and don't try to login, just use the general no-PW wifi". So no Bonvoy upgraded-internet and instead, some garbage scotch-tape and paperclip wifi that only provided NINE mbps up and down. I'm not getting any remote work done with that. I can go on and on about other things like the "blackout" curtains being too short for the window width, the breakfast being thrown together like it was for your in-laws that you don't like, etc, but the final insult was the clock on the lobby video display near the elevators is FORTY-SEVEN minutes behind the actual time. Why and how ?? That's some grade-A level not GAF on the part of this property. Stay somewhere else unless you, too, do not have any ___ left to give ... #DoBetter PS - the location was close to a Cracker Barrel which is why it gets 2 stars vs 1

Easy and friendly check in, small workout area and pool that opens at 8:00. Typical free Hotel breakfast. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance if you're going to drive anywhere be aware that traffic is horrendous when the warehouses All around here let out. There are lots of huge warehouses in the area and FedEx has a huge presence and a constant flow of large aircraft right over the top of the hotel all hours at all hours so bring your earplugs.
