Days Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis East Post Road

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at the Days Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis East Post Road was so horrendous that I feel compelled to warn others. First of all, when I arrived at the hotel on March 21, 2025, the front desk employee was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. Instead of providing any assistance or trying to resolve the situation, this individual immediately informed me that the room I had booked through Priceline was unavailable. To make matters worse, I was offered a two-bed room, which was not what I reserved nor what I wanted. When I declined, the employee unilaterally canceled my reservation while I was standing right there – without any explanation or my consent. No apologies, no help, just blatant disregard for my time and plans. As if the terrible service wasn’t bad enough, the hotel itself was a nightmare. The environment was unpleasant and borderline dangerous. The area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe, and I did not feel comfortable at any point. I would not recommend staying here to anyone – not even for a single night. This hotel has no respect for its guests or its obligations. Priceline, as a platform, should not be associating with such an establishment. I was left stranded, with my reservation canceled and no alternative accommodations offered, all due to the incompetence and rudeness of the staff. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT book a room here. This hotel is a complete disaster, and I am thoroughly disappointed with both the service and the safety concerns. I will never be booking through Priceline again after this debacle.

Very clean and updated interior. Clean shower and toilet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Ample free parking. Extremely nice owners. There were no offensive smells or noise to worry about. If you are looking for something simple and basic, this is a good choice.

Check your reservation. T h e shady guy at front desk over charged me. I remember checking in and thinking something was going to go wrong. I asked the clerk's if he checked me in with my current reservation and he said yes. I had a reservation for 1 night at $67 a night. I checked my credit card a few days later and was charged the rack rate of $130. Never again

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING I LOVE IT STAFF WAS GREAT AND RESPECTFUL CLEAN GOT DIFFERENT CHOICES TO CHOOSE FROM ON WHAT TO EAT😁 COME ON DOWN U WILL ENJOY THE STAY🥳🥳 JACK IN THE BOX 🔥🔥🔥 TACOS ACROSS 😋 U WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED NO BUGS AT ALL 😜 EVERYTHING CLEAN

One of clean and safest place in Indianapolis. Will come back again within 4 months. Room was really clean and everything was renovated and good place for us for overnight. Really affordable and front desk staff was really helpful. Great coffee and juice.
