From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was very spacious and super clean and the beds were overstuffed and warm! I cranked up the air conditioner and stayed warm under the covers and over slept! The fitness center was loaded with everything I needed for a complete workout and I took a swim in the pool. The pool was clean and warm and they provided pleanty of towels. In the morning I had eggs, toast and a homemade waffle for breakfast they also had cereal, oatmeal bagels, omlets muffins and loads of other things to eat. The location was great being right near the highway and there was pleanty of easy shopping near by. I will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and accommodating hotel, help with a last min extra day that kept us in the same suite. All staff was great and the breakfast was good We wanted to visit Ft Wayne but not stay in the busy parts and this fit the bill just right Highly recommend it

The entry area was nice and inviting, with a couch and some chairs. It was very comfortable. The room was super clean; the bed was very comfortable, and lots of choices for firm and soft pillows. The breakfast area was in a room off the entry and offered a good selection for the breakfast buffet. The breakfast staff was very friendly, which made a more enjoyable morning.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! We had two rooms for one night in July. After our stay, I noticed that we were billed twice for one of the rooms. When I called, they said that one of the charges was a deposit for any damage that might be done and that it usually takes three days to be refunded. A week later, that money was not refunded. When we called back, the woman taking the call (Brittney) didn't ask for any information of nights we stayed or names but told my wife that the room we were in smelled like smoke and they found 30 cigarette butts (although this was not mentioned during the first phone call asking about the charge). Neither my wife nor I am smokers, so unless my three children under the age of 5 who were in the room with me were lighting up when I went to get ice at some point, there is no way that there was any truth to this accusation. When we asked to speak to a manager, of course, there were none available....just like there was no manager available for my sister-in-law who was also staying there when all of the televisions in the hotel were not working for over four hours. Do not stay in this hotel! They will fraudulently charge your card and treat you like crap when you call to ask why. I have been a Choice Hotel member for over 8 years and this is the last time I will be staying in any Choice Hotel.
