Recently stayed at this location and the overall quality of the hotel was pretty poor. This can be seen upon entering the hotel where the front doors are broken and held open with planters. The room we stayed in was not adequately cleaned prior to our arrival. This included dirty desk and tables, hair on the floor, and the bathroom has seen better days. Doors slam and echo down the hall as people come and go. The location of the hotel is right off the expressway but not in the best area. I would not stay here again if I could help it.

Stay was not great. When entering my room it was freezing cold, heat was turned down to the lowest setting. Mind you itâs January and zero degrees outside. All hotel soaps had been opened and used. TV did not work. When I went to the front desk to ask for an extra no one was present and waited for several minutes.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on June 22 in a double queen room. After a lengthy wait to check-in at 11 p.m., we were told the plumber didnât know what he was doing when he plumbed our assigned room and we were given a stack of extra bath mats to take to our room. The stack we were given wasnât sufficient to soak up the amount of water that was on the floor after a shower. There was water all over the floor in the shower room, water in front of the sink, and water tracked into the bedroom â which created a safety hazard of slipping and falling. When I mentioned this to the front desk at check-out, they didnât seem surprised. I also mentioned that my husband pulled the sheets back on one bed, pulled the sheets up, and went to the other bed. When asked what was wrong, he said the first bed was dirty. Upon pulling the sheets back again to check, the sheets werenât smooth; rather, wrinkled as if someone had sat or slept in the bed. There were also flecks of debris on the sheets â dirt, skin, lint, something. Again, the front desk staff didn't seem surprised when we mentioned this. After talking with the manager two days after check-out, she said they are in a transition period from a Radisson property to a Choice property. Iâm not sure how that impacts the issues we encountered. We were told a refund was not possible, but were offered points. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Donât go unless youâre deaf, or the heaviest sleeper EVER! I asked for a quiet room and was placed right by the highway where i was serenaded by the sounds of cars and motorcycles revving their engines and peeling off from the stoplight right outside my window. I got about one hour of sleep. When i complained at the from desk they said i âshouldâve changed roomsâ i said âin the middle of the night?â At that time i asked why i was placed there when i specifically asked to be placed somewhere quiet when i checked in. And how would they have found a quieter place at 3 AM than they couldâve found at my 11pm check in. All that noise does distract from the uncleanliness of the room because youâre too tired from lack of sleep the next day to notice.
