Extended Stay America Select Suites Indianapolis Greenwood

This hotel has dirty people living in it and running around everywhere. The employees will bum money off of you to pay for their room. They will violate Visa’s authorization rules and then slander you when you call the police. I’m getting the Greenwood police officers body cam footage to file a defamation lawsuit against them. They are extremely fast liars. It’s not a safe place to rest nor is it a safe place to have your credit card because they will run it just off of the last 4 numbers.

Booked a room for a weekend trip, went to check Into hotel and they did not have the reservation. They informed us that sometimes when you use a third party to make a reservation it can get double booked. It took us another 2 hours to find another hotel at the last second for our trip with a young child that just wanted to be out of the car after a long day. Beyond frustrating and disappointed that this happened to us! Ended up spending more money for a last minute hotel plus the gas we used driving around to find a new hotel. Will never use trip advisor or Expedia ever again!!

We purchased the rooms on Expedia. They were great. But upon entering the room we saw that it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We found roaches crawling in the cabinets and all over the floors. The linen hadn’t been changed from probably the last few guest. We never even took our luggage in. We turned around and left immediately. Plus we couldn’t get our room key cards to work after changing them multiple times. All in all, a horrible experience. I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.

The staff is always friendly .room is cozy I love this place a the staff. They never complain having to get up at 130 am to check me in.. rooms are always clean and not a bad price either. Never had a problem.

The price is very reasonable, if you stay seven days or more. Most of the staff was nice, it's just irritating when you tell them about a problem and they just say we can't do anything about it, we will the manager. The beds were lumpy and the sides were flattened. It's nice that it's dog friendly, but the dog trash can and the yards or full of dog poop. The good news is, the rooms and hallways were very clean and they were not any bugs. Also believe them when they say no frills. No coffee pot, no dishes, no silverware and no pots or pans.
