My recent stay at Motel 8 was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the accommodations were generally satisfactory, with clean rooms and decent amenities for the price. However, my experience was marred by a significant issue that left me rather disappointed. Upon checking in, I specifically requested a non-smoking room due to my asthma condition. Unfortunately, despite my request, I was informed that a non-smoking room was not available. This came as a surprise and was quite concerning, considering the potential health implications for someone with asthma like myself. I found the response from the manager to be rather poor and unhelpful. There was no clear explanation provided as to why my request couldn't be accommodated, which left me feeling frustrated and uneasy about my stay. The possibility that staying in a smoking room could exacerbate my condition to the point of needing medical attention was not something I took lightly. Despite this setback, I did appreciate other aspects of my stay, such as the convenient location and the generally attentive service from the staff. However, the inability to secure a non-smoking room overshadowed these positives and left a lasting impression on my overall experience. In conclusion, while Motel 8 offers budget-friendly accommodation with some notable strengths, the lack of accommodation for my health needs was a significant drawback. I hope that in the future, the management can improve their responsiveness to such requests, ensuring a more pleasant and accommodating experience for all guests, regardless of their health considerations.

My wife and myself opened the door put our clothes away.. And when I went into the restroom there was a roach in the sink and another in the toilet. So my wife and I went to drop of the key to the worker and told him that we had to order another room from another place. He said we should've taken a picture WTF why should we!!!? I wanna sleep!!!! The worst your money in this dump

A stay for a funeral, which made the trip more stressful, than it already was. Front desk staff were very friendly. Once we walked in the room, we were horrified. I feel bad, bad talking ‘any’ business. But, this one is a must! Seriously, beware!
