The hotel was fine. No frills but fine. I like the size of AmericInns when traveling with a group. And I love that the windows open! HOWEVER, the cleaning agents used at this location were so strongly fragranced that I felt I was suffocating the whole trip. I was literally counting the hours until I left. (I also wish the pillows were less lumpy.)

The towels were rough. The thermostat in the room did not work...if heat was turned on, it kept heating until you turned it off. The "free breakfast" was poor. Stale cereals and stale tiny bagels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water temperature control was hard to adjust.

We recently stayed at this property, and had a horrible experience that I hope no one else ever has to endure. My husband was attacked in the hallway by a vicious dog. He did nothing to provoke this dog, and the owner did not have full control, despite having the dog on a leash. Fortunately, the bite did not break any skin. He immediately went to the front desk to report the attack, and asked the desk clerk to call the police. When they responded, animal control was not called as the attack did not result in bodily harm. The owner apologized, but they and the dog were permitted to remain in the hotel. The only thing offered by the desk clerk was to be moved to a room farther away from the offending animal. How is this safe??? What would stop the dog from attacking anyone else?? As we had events in the area, we stayed in the hotel, but I can tell you I was very nervous anytime we left the room. I will add that the rooms are ok, the "breakfast" is horrible, no real food except the fruit, and yogurt. The front desk clerks are seldom visible, and never greet anyone as they come in. Security is non-existent

Everywhere in hotel is very clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were lumpy. Did not participate in breakfast but heard not much there but it was a Monday. Hotel is in good location and easy to get to. Nice decor and rooms are good size. Check-in was easy.

Nice place to stay, very clean, exceed my expectations, I recommend this hotel, also the staff very nice and accommodating, definitely I will came back, the hotel was closed to many amenities, breakfast is good and service is excellent , I didn’t regret the stay and I will came back next with family
