Travelled recently for a visit with my son in college nearby, books two days via Delta Stays. I donāt like leaving negative reviews but it is important to speak my peace given how bad my stay was. Staff was less than polite and the room was not comfortable or clean (see posted pictures of room issues). Had what looks like a blood/body fluids stain on tub and stain on mattresses. Smell was damp and uncomfortable. Asked for refund for second day as I wouldnāt stay again and was refused as was Expedia when I called them. I donāt recommend this place unless you have no budget or are in dire need at the last possible second. Good luck.

I stayed here for a weekend getaway. I paid my $150 deposit when I checked in. Upon checking out, they went to check the room to make sure ni one smoked in there ( I don't smoke anything!) The gut came back and said the towels are dirty and he have to charge me. I'm like WHAT!! He asked me to come down and look at the towels, but I didn't because I was on crutches and didn't want to walk all the way back down. He said there wad make up on the towels and dirt. I just laughed. I told him that I didn't wear make up and the stuff on the towels is bodywash. He said they probably could get it clean so he charged me $25! So who goes into a room looking at the towels people bathe with?? That's just absurd! I will never stay there again because I feel these new owners look for any reason to keep your deposit and that goes into their pocket!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but itās important for people to know that when they clean the rooms, they turn off the air to the room. When we arrived, the room hadnāt been used in at least two days, so the room was about 100 degrees when we arrived. Weāve been here with the AC cranked at (theoretically) 60 degrees for more than 30 minutes, and itās still over 90. Asked about another roomā¦all three similar rooms are the sameā¦havenāt been cooled in several days. If we werenāt exhausted, Iād ask for a refund and go somewhere else. The room was clean, but nothing special. Thatās why I gave it two stars instead of one. We stayed here last time we drove through and enjoyed the experience, but Iāve heard theyāre under new management. We were going to stop here on our way back as well, but I canāt imagine going through this again. Sorry, Comfort Innā¦you just lost all my future business.

Arrived at motel with reservations. Three other people ahead of me at the front desk. It took AN HOUR before I was checked in! Older lady behind the desk showed no concern with people waiting and was apparently not very computer savvy. Considered going somewhere else because of the long wait but didnāt want to be billed for a no-show. Room was fine except for the overly worn, thin condition of the towels. Will never stay here again because of the check-in experience.

Over priced will never stay again charged too much for me and my husband, son and grandson 266 plus 150 security deposit and was supposed to be senior discount. Definitely not worth the money to stay thank god it was for only one night. Most expensive hotel we stayed during our vacation.
