We spent two days at Element Moline on the river. The hotel was both classy and quirky and that is meant in a good way. It is an old, old building that was converted into a Marriott property. As hotels go the rooms were very large with a TV in both the separate bedroom and living area. We were greeted by Kristi at the front desk. She was professional and answered all questions about things to see and do. We have traveled the entire world and for the most part Marriott's and Hilton's are our go to brand. What always makes, or breaks, a good start is the front desk. Kristi had humor and style. Breakfast was provided in the AM as well as wine and cheese in the PM. It was a nice touch and we would recommend this hotel to anyone. When we are back in the area we will stay there again. It was a fantastic, short, getaway.

I stayed here just for 1 night while on a business trip. The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of parking across the street. The location is great as there are plenty of places to walk to for food and drinks. It is also attached to Pour Bros which is an awesome pour your own beer style place that also has mixed drinks and cocktails as well. My check-in was fast and easy. The receptionist was friendly and I was even able to check in a little early which was great. The decor is industrial and hip and I loved it. My room was large, although when I walked into the room I was greeted by a very large cement pillar. But, that is part of the unique charm of this building. There was a very large bathroom with nice quality soaps and soft towels. The kitchennete was well stocked and plenty spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable. My room faced some railroad tracks but the only time that I heard a train was at 9am and it didn't last long. I rarely heard any other guests during my stay so that was nice. They do also allow dogs and there was a person checking in before me and he was given a cute doggie bag for his pup! The only downfall of the stay was the breakfast. There were several options including a yogurt bar with all kinds of toppings. There was a lady that I believe was making omlettes but it wasn't quite clear how to order one and she was walking around chatting with another employee so I wasn't for sure if the omlette station was open. I opted for the other hot foods which were sausage patties, egg bites and diced potatoes. Breakfast had already started about 2 hours before I came down and I could tell that the food had been sitting there for at least that long. The egg bits were okay with some hot sauce on top. The diced potatoes had good seasoning but were rubbery and the sausage patties were so hard that I couldn't even cut one let alone chew it well. It was all very dry as well. I very rarely leave poor feedback but this one of the most disappointing hotel breakfasts that I have had in a while. As nice as this place was, I was anticipating something better. Hopefully this was just a one-off incident. Besides the breakfast, this hotel is really great and I'm already planning on coming back with my boyfriend and a night or two as we like craft beer and breweries and there were several near this hotel.

First trip to Moline, stayed one night on businesses. Lots to like about this hotel, with spacious rooms, full kitchen and modern vibe. Free parking in the outdoor lot across the street. Plenty of food options within walking distance. When I checked in the receptionist seemed like she'd rather be anywhere except behind that desk but everyone else during the stay was nice. I would definitely return.

My husband and I are on a 60-day road trip across the US. This was our last night in a hotel before heading back home and what a wonderful experience it was! We have stayed in many hotels in the last 2 months and over the last 4 years since we’ve retired, and this place was a GEM! It has a very high energy kind of vibe when you walk in; we arrived on a Friday night and there was lots going on. Everything looked new, modern and had an industrial feel to it. Our room (#410) was tucked back down a hall way and very private. We loved the light fixtures, concrete floors and brick walls in the hall. Our room was super cool, even had filtered water, nice dishes and silverware and beautiful linens. No idea if our travels will ever take us back to Moline but we definitely would stay at the Element again!! A cooked omelet with fresh veggies awaited us the following morning. So refreshing to have a healthy, low-carb, high protein breakfast!

Arrived on a Friday night for a quick weekend trip to the QCA. Easy check in and access to the room using the Marriott mobile app. This is an old warehouse converted to a hotel so it’s not your typical looking Marriott brand when you walk in. A spacious hotel in the lobby and in the rooms. The floors are polished concrete in the rooms os the only carpet is under the bed area. The bathroom is at least twice the size of a normal hotel bathroom as well. We had a kitchenette style room with electric stove top, microwave and dishwasher. You get a complimentary breakfast downstairs in the morning with a nice older lady making you omelette if you choose. The hotel is in walking distance of many restaurants and entertainment venues. Overall a great experience.
