As the title states, this was a perfect Park/Sleep/Fly hotel! Checkin was extremely easy as well as arranging a pickup for the following morning to transport our family to O'Hare and setting up the pickup for our return at the airport. Both transfers were excellent with vehicles arriving early and ready for us. The drive is approximately 30 minutes. Liked that there were no additional stops along the way as it was more of an Uber/taxi service that is paid for by the hotel. Upon returning the driver even drove us directly to our car in the parking lot and helped transfer our luggage. Very easy and efficient service! Staff at hotel was extremely pleasant and professional with a special shout out to Matthew, Yolanda, and Betty. Visited the Kohl's Children's Museum upon arrival at the hotel and spent 4 hours there with our 6 and 3-year-old granddaughters. They loved it! It's about 1 mile from the hotel with ample free parking. There is an evening reception at the hotel with drinks and food (tacos during our stay) which was appreciated after a busy day. Beds were comfortable, The suite and mini kitchen were great. Area felt safe. Would highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed here several times a year for about eight years, originally attracted here because of location (close to family) and allowing me to stay with a dog. I also find the kitchenettes in each room convenient. These are the attributes that prompt me to award 4 stars. BUT: the breakfast is serviceable though has gone significantly downhill over time. For example, in place of fresh fruit, now canned peaches are offered. AND: what most concerns me is the lack of security on exterior doors. Although each door is equipped with a card reader to swipe your room key in order to gain access . . .90% of the time I find these broken, with the doors - inexcusably - completely unlocked. As I often stay there alone as a solo woman traveler, this is chronic enough to have me look elsewhere for my next trip.

First of all I want to say that I want to give 5 stars to the women who help at breakfast. I tipped them everyday I was there because they were doing a great job making sure everything was stocked up clean around the breakfast station. I definitely do not wanna give a 5 star reading to the Indian woman at the front because she was condescending and rude to me and my family. I had come down and waited to talk to her in line. A black man cut me in line, she saw, and she did not say anything about it. I told her that I wanted to get toothpaste, and she told me I had to wait even though I was in line to speak first. This man spoke rudely to my underage son, who is just a child. He picked up the phone and she told him to stop and put the customer who was in front, also told him to stop in a rude way to stop picking up the phone and calling the front desk. I was in complete shock, so I did not realize what was going on and why he was talking to my son in that manner. We buy even more so than the rude customer. The man in front of me I was appalled that the woman at the front desk was not being professional and did not say anything to that man, because I, as a mother, of course, was in shock. She needs to stick up for her patrons. That was at the hotel line. Now, I've booked four different rooms for our family members and we were there for multiple days and I had asked for only six little packets of toothpaste and she practically screamed in shock at how many that was. Even though we were there for multiple days and had multiple rooms. I only needed to get through that morning before I could go to the store to buy more toothpaste. The hotel rooms themselves are pretty good, because they have separate rooms and a full kitchen. But I will never stay here again because of that rude woman. She doesn't care about her customers OBVIOUSLY and screamed about needing "so much" toothpaste when we were 5 families staying here over the course of multiple days. Absolutely ridiculous.

It was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was nice and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. I really liked our rooms. They even helped use get a ride to the Amtrak which was very helpful. We had a very good stay.

I have never been so honored to write a review. At Staybridge suites in Glenview the cohesiveness and friendliness of the staff spread to its residents. We meet and greet each other as if we have known each other for a lifetime. We join each other for an excellent breakfast, and we all hang out together in the social in the evenings. The food and drinks that are free of charge are excellent, and the ambiance is unbelievable. It all starts with a hardworking staff. There was a mishap with significant water damage. Employees worked diligently management and staff included, and within 2 hours, they cleaned up all the damage and the evening social went off as scheduled. And as always, the food was excellent. Customer service is most important. Staybridge suites in Glenview stand out as among the best. Management, front desk staff, cooks, housekeeping, shuttle driver, and maintenance all-inclusive, are pillars of excellence. This staff should be trainers for all Staybridge suites hotels. If you stayed here, you would want to stay nowhere else. Kudos to Staybridge Suites in Glenview, and to all the staff, Thank you. Delores P.
