Great stay!! Super clean, good breakfast and the shower actually had good water pressure. The staff was super nice!! We travel east to west and back every year. We'll definitely make this our landing place in route. They are also pet friendly!!

It was a quiet and pleasant hotel that met our needs while traveling from Kansas to Indiana. The breakfast was hot and filling and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The front desk has a list of nearby dining establishments. We opted for the Gabby Goat which hit a homerun with the food we had (one had a Reuben sandwich and the other the fish tacos).

We had a wonderful stay. Effingham is a clean and friendly city. This Best Western is no exception. Great, helpful staff and clean, modern, well maintained facilities. The breakfast was well appointed with many yummy choices and the parking lot is well lit and safe. I will stay there again on my return trip!

Was good location off the interstate; a stop while doing a cross-country trip to see family. I liked that there was free charging for my EV. The breakfast was one of the poorest I've ever encountered at any chain hotel that I routinely stay at (which include Best Western series; Marriot series; Hilton series; Choice series; Holiday Inn series; etc.) -- it was poor selection and the food tasted not very good. The room was generally ok. Seems like an older hotel in inside appearance. I didn't like that they did not include MSNBC in their TV listing (they did have CNN and fake-news FoxNews).

The hotel is a nice hotel in a good location. Its easy in and out from the highway with a mcalisters deli right next door. The hotel sits at the end of a street that limits traffic noise. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is kept clean without too much chlorine and i really enjoyed the hot breakfast. Overall really good experience.
