Check in was fast and easy. Our room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was decent size and temp was ok. Very close to O'hare airport and many dining option close to the hotel. Parking is an additional fee but was very convienent to get in & out. Lobby area has many spots for lounging. Also, have small dining area that serves breakfast and lunch.

Iā€™ve had so many great interactions with all of the staff here that I couldnā€™t be happier! Iā€™ve stayed in hundreds of hotels & in several countries, so I have a vast basis of comparison for this. I also mostly travel for work & have a career that makes me value being able to come back to a place that feels like home even when it isnā€™t. This is that. Everytime I come back to Chicago, Iā€™ll fly into Oā€™Hare & be home in 10 minutes thanks to all of these wonderful people.

We stayed here Thanksgiving night before we flew out the next day. The restaurant was open for dinner and the food was very good. The staff was very helpful at this hotel. The shuttle service was great going to the airport and then coming back to the hotel to get our vehicle when we returned from our trip. I was able to book a one night stay and 14 night parking package at this hotel for a good price.

Missed my connection at O'Hare and the airline put us up in this hotel overnight. I've never stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn; felt it was comparable to a Hampton Inn or a Marriott Fairfield Inn. Room is comparable in size with bed, space to work, mini-fridge and microwave The bit difference is that this Hilton Garden Inn (don't know if they are all like this) does not include a free hot breakfast. I believe it's the same price point as the other mid-range hotels mentioned above. For that reason, there is no compelling reason to stay here and have to also buy your own breakfast. There is a mini-mart right by the front desk which is ridiculously pricey. For 3oz of greek yogurt with handful of blueberries and handful of granola, the price was $8! That was the only thing I could buy and keep in the room for breakfast before heading out the next day for my morning flight. There are many other choices all within 2 miles of O'Hare.

This hotel was very clean. I did not have any complaints. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is why I love Hilton Garden Inn hotels. It is convenient to airport. I Highly recommend this hotel
