This is the worst experience I've ever had!! We booked for a month and stayed for the first night.. the whole hotel wreaks of the smell of Marijuana. And is supposed to be a nonsmoke hotel and i have asthma. I checked out the next day and they would not give me my cash refund of 1000 dollars. Worst service ever!!!!

I booked this room thru a 3rd party for two 3/31-4/14 bc it was convenient in location and price being that I am only here for work! When I first checked in my room I noticed that the lights wasn’t working properly and I called down to the desk because I continuously had to get up and turn it on bc the motion detector was broken, I later traveled to Walmart to purchase a desk lamp bc that was overwhelming, the hotel was sold out so I want able of switch rooms. On my second night I noticed that my room was infested with roaches and I called again to speak with the manager Darius!! He came to my room the next day with a can of raid to spray the areas that were infested which was very annoying bc again I wasn’t able to switch rooms being that the hotel was sold out! That Thursday I was inconveniently woken out of my sleep by Darius the hotel GM to allow pest control come and spray! The pest never went away later the next week I was switched to a smaller room which was free of roaches but had a very dirty and ripped up chair that Darius stated he was getting replaced but never did!! I was also told by Darius that I would be given a good rate bc of the inconvenience for my past booking but I would have to book directly thru the hotel if I wanted that rate! Here we are today my 4th week 4/21/2024 and Darius didn’t not honor his word not only that I express to him that something in the first room bit in my legs and thighs and he said well since I’m so unhappy with the hotel why won’t I got find another hotel!!! I found that very rude and unprofessional when I have already spent well over $1200 at this hotel!! He still charged me market rate for the fourth week and when I asked him for his supervisors contact he rudely stated that he wasn’t giving me his contact and gave me a number that wasn’t in service and stated that I can google it!! I have been very patient with the (GM) Darius Strickland and the hotel staff but his is a lil too much!! I would t recommend this hotel!!!!

I was originally impressed with the cleanliness but the noise level could be high at times. Most people were quieted down by 9:30-10pm. I had noisy neighbors with kids and up late loud talking....one argument at 3am. This is not typical I just want to make a point that management moved me to a quieter room without a problem. I don't think they realized when they planned on the building how noisy it is. Everything is this echoey fake wood and your neighbors hear every little thing...I mean you can hear if someone is whispering loudly. I heard a woman talking on the phone through the wall and could hear the other persons voice coming through the phone. These walls must be made of paper. My only complaint is how they built these with no sound proofing.

I've been living here since May of 2022; I’m writing this review in October. When I saw the reviews on this site I thought, "This is nothing like my experience here, they must have cleaned house and gotten rid of the previous staff." I asked if there had been a staff change and was told the company that owns the hotel replaced the previous management. The hallways are clean, I have never smelled even a whiff of cigarette smoke. I have never had a noise problem, or any problem with a hotel guest. Nicole, the manager, is friendly and professional, as are the rest of the staff. If there are any jerks working here, I haven't encountered them. I haven’t had a complaint about anything I can't speak to any problems with reservations since mine was handled just fine with no problems. The room rate isn’t cheap, but it is reasonable for what you get. There are no extra fees for electricity, water, gas, or trash. The refrigerator is full-size, as is the microwave. The TV is large and has HDMI inputs to connect a laptop computer. There is no deposit, no credit or background check, and no application fees. You can have a dog (I don’t know what the limit is). Wi-Fi is free; you pay for 2 levels of faster speeds, I get the fastest and pay $54 a month for it. The hotel is next to Interstate 55; if you want a quieter room ask for one on the north side. The neighborhood is nice, with plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants, although not within easy walking distance, with the exception of a bar and a brewpub nearby. I’m happy with the service here and the quality of my room and think it’s a good deal for the money.

Franchise promises biweekly housekeeping. Gen. mgr. refused to furnish that for 6 weeks. I won't stay in a dirty room. Huge car fire in lot, state police stakeout at entrance, tenant noise at all hours, expressway noise and pollution. Support staff and housekeepers are honest, hardworking people. Too bad, but STAY AWAY.
