We stay here whenever we are in Chicago for an Amtrak trip (you always have to leave a night between trips because they are ALWAYS late). Internet is good, beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and quiet. Only a few minute walk to Union station. Can't ask for much more than that,

A generally comfortable stay. Large spacious room and bathroom. Both room and bathroom were clean. Easy walking distance to Union Station and local city transport. Shower had good hot water and water pressure. Bed was comfortable and room quiet, allowing a good sleep. Friendly reception. Good guest laundry - $3. Little shop and a noodle shop off reception. No room safe. No powerpoints next to bed and not in convenient locations. Poor wifi for tge duration of the stay was disappointing.

Terrible Breakfast, horrible worst ever, cannot belive why they even make the effort to add Breakfast when they clearly do not have the capacity or the money to do so, is terrible just horrible, as a guest paying for breakfast, of course, I don´t expect to have the greatest, but at least something eatble, this just no

They took 2 deposits from my card without my permission or knowledge (no info about this during booking process). Almost a whole month after my stay, I’m still waiting for the deposit to be returned due to the sheer incompetence of their staff and management.
