Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Pocatello

Nice quiet stay. Rooms felt new, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It’s located out of the way so traffic really isn’t an issue.We didn’t eat the breakfast but the eating area seemed nice and clean. Will be back. The lady who checked us in on 9/19 was pleasant and professional

This hotel is wonderful! It is located across the interstate and up the hill from ISU. Easy access to the hospital, gas stations, convenient store, restaurants, and the interstate. It's in a residential area on one side and another hotel on the other side. Plenty of parking and special parking for trucks pulling recreational toys. There is a path down the road for a jog if you are inclined. The hotel is very clean! The beds are great! The bathrooms are large and nice! I had 2 TVs in my room with a sofa that pulled out if needed. I will come back to this hotel my next time in Pocatello.

I was not to impressed with this hotel. The beds and pillows are terrible. I'm so glad we chose to stay only one night. But the main reason why I'm posting this is because we accidently left our bathroom bag their and when we got it back my expensive perfume was gone. We immediately called the hotel and she said she will talk to the general manager about this and he'll call us back. He never called us back. Someone on their staff is a thief. Also when our item was picked up they didn't have it under mine or my husbands name. They had it under the name of Amy. My husband reserved the room in his name and it's not Amy. We will Never stay at this hotel again. I am not too happy about my perfume.

We stayed at this hotel based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. The hotel seems quite new, we had a king suite which had a separate sitting area, which was very handy. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed very comfy. the breakfast choices were many and the staff and service fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Can't say enough about this excellent hotel. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here, if we have to stop in Pocatello. The only downside was putting a refundable $20 hold on our credit card for incidentals. Not the only hotel to do this now, but why - they already have the credit card info.
