Fairfield Inn & Suites Moscow

Quality, convenience and clean. A great one night stay. Reception team was welcoming. Left behind a valuable item. Team was quick to immediately reunite us with the item. Thank you to the honest, hardworking housekeeper that turned it in. Great job. Keep it up!

Stayed during the University of Idaho parents weekend & loved the location as it’s across the street from the dorms & walking distance to the Kibbie Dome. We we’re happy with the room & front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast staff made us feel unwelcome as they refused to refill the many empty food stations on the breakfast bar. When we arrived with 15 minutes until the end of service there were no eggs or sausages. We talked to other guests who were wandering around with weird assortments of leftover items they were able to scrounge from the bar who also expressed their frustration about service for the price of the stay (double on parents weekend). When I finally found someone on staff at the breakfast bar she told me it was too close to the end of service to refill the eggs or other food items. The overall vibe was we were a nuisance and in her way. At least she didn’t yell at us to get out of the seating area as we nibbled on stale English muffins while she vigorously sprayed and scrubbed the tables around us and the other 20 or so guests. This experience (and the meager food scraps) left a bad taste in my mouth.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was top notch. The customer service we received was exceptional. Kudos to Allison (front desk manager) who went above and beyond to ensure we had a delightful stay. Room was clean and nice, breakfast was good and the location was convienent to everything. Allison suggested places to eat and visit since it was our first time visiting Moscow. Much appreciated!

Room was typical of the brand. The pool is tiny but seemed well maintained. Parking ample with well lit lot. Disappointed by the lack of fruit at breakfast - only grapes available (not even an apple for the road!)

Not to Marriott high standard! Bring earplugs as AC unit incredibly loud. Dirty room and bathtub. Uncaring staff. More like staying at a motel 6! Would not stay here again and very disappointing for a Marriott brand.
