Rooms stink like cigarettes, dogs chained up outside of rooms, blood stains on the sheets and blankets, people in the office were rude, there’s people living in the rooms, drunk guys sleeping at the picnic benches with beer can all around them. All around terrible place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Toilet seat came off in your hand and the bathroom is so small your knees hit the wall. There was a hole in the wall. Schitts Creek. Was not inexpensive either. Would not swim in that pool. Will not return.

Sold out is a lie!! Free WiFi…well May be true but you will never know!!! You want clean and quiet? You got it and that is where it ends! WiFi is there…when you can connect! Go to the office and complain! She doesn’t care. She goes off at 7 and will lie to you for hours about why you can’t connect! She has absolutely no personality and doesn’t give a damn about her job!! False advertising about this place!! Want clean…ok, I’ll give them that. Otherwise all lies!!!

Went 2 couples thursday to sunday. Was a little worried when we pulled in,but turned out ok.room nothing special but it Was clean! That's my important thing. Great boat parking,and fillet station. Very close to presque so saw amazing sunsets and caught lots of fish. This is not a Marriott, so if that's what you want dont go. If your fine chillin and talking to other fisherman with an adequate room then go.

Nothing fancy. But rooms were clean and comfortable. Small pool. Picnic tables outside the rooms. We could see the fireworks at waldameer park from there. Front office was nice and helpful. Affordably priced rooms.
